This document describes the management of the website www.immobiliarebardolino.it ("Website") with reference to the processing of personal data of users ("User/Users") who consult or visit it. It is an information notice pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the so called Personal Data Protection Code ("Privacy Code") and to Articles 13 et seq. of EU Regulation 679/2016 ("GDPR"), for all those who visit the Website and/or communicate with the AGENZIA IMMOBILIARE BARDOLINO DI A. Schiavon & c. S.A.S. by filling in the special form to request information, available in the "Contact" section of the Website, or by sending e-mail to addresses indicated on the Website. This information note is provided only for this Website and not for other websites that the User may visit through links on the Website.

a) Browsing data. Computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected so as to be associated with identified individuals, but by their very nature could make users identifiable. This category of data includes (i) the IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by the users connecting to the Website or, (ii) the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) addresses of the requested resources, (iii) the time of the request, (iv) the method used to submit the request to the server, (v) the file size obtained in response, (vi) the numerical code indicating the response status provided by the server (successful, error), and (vii) other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment. This data is only used to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the Website and to monitor its proper operation and is deleted immediately after processing.
b) Data voluntarily provided by the user. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the Website and/or requests for information sent through the use of the "Contact" section of the Website itself or, the communication of personal data for the reception of promotional communications and/or our newsletter, involves the acquisition and processing of such data and any other information contained in such communications by the data controller for the purposes indicated in the following paragraph.
The processing of the User's personal data by the Data Controller is aimed at:
a) pursuing, in accordance with art. 6.1, letter f) of the GDPR, its own legitimate interest, consisting of ensuring the security of the Website and the information exchanged therein, that is, the ability of the Website to resist, at a reasonable level of security, unforeseen events or illicit or malicious acts able to compromise the availability, authenticity, integrity and confidentiality of personal data stored or transmitted and the security of the related services offered or made accessible to users;
b) e-mailing promotional messages and/or newsletters concerning inthezon services with the consent of the User, pursuant to art. 6.1, letter a) of the GDPR;
c) enabling the User to request information about the services promoted by the Data Controller on the Website and to provide the User, pursuant to art. 6.1, letter b) of the GDPR, with a reply and/or the estimate requested.
In addition to what was specified with reference to the browsing data, which is necessary to allow the correct operation of the Website, and about the data contained in requests for information, Users are free to provide their personal data: (i) to receive, promotional e-mails with communications and/or newsletters concerning products and/or services. The failure to provide such data prevents the Data Controller from providing the aforementioned information to the User. In any case, Users have the right to revoke the consent given for the processing of the data referred to in point (i) at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the revocation.
Personal data is processed with manual, computerized, and automated systems for the time necessary to pursue the purposes for which it was collected. Note that the personal data of Users is processed by persons duly appointed to perform these tasks, continuously identified and/or appointed, appropriately instructed, and made aware of the constraints imposed by law, as well as by the use of security measures to guarantee the protection of the Users' privacy and to avoid risks of loss or destruction, unauthorized access, or processing that is not permitted or does not comply with the aforementioned purposes.
Personal data collected on the Website will not be disclosed, sold or transferred to third parties, except for those cases provided for by law. However, the above is without prejudice to the transfer of data to companies expressly appointed to carry out certain services as part of the activity performed by the Data Controller and/or on behalf of the latter which operate as independent data controllers, as well as to the lawful communication and/or dissemination of data requested by law enforcement entities, judicial authorities, State security bodies and the like for the defense, prevention, verification or suppression of crime.
Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code and articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, the User has the right to:
a) obtain the confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered as a user, and their communication in an intelligible form;
b) obtain a copy of his/her personal data;
c) have his/her personal data amended;
d) have his/her personal data deleted;
e) limit the processing of his/her personal data;
f) to receive the personal data provided or created by the User in a structured and commonly used format readable by an automatic device. The information may not include the comments of the Data Controller, the persons appointed by the latter pursuant to art. 4 of the Privacy Code, or by persons authorized to process the data in the name and on behalf of the Data Controller pursuant to art. 4 of the GDPR. The User may forward this data either directly or through the Data Controller in question, to a new data controller;
g) the indication of: 1. the origin of the personal data; 2. the categories of personal data processed; 3. the purposes and methods of the processing; 4. the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; 5. the identification details of the Data Controller and of any responsible parties; 6. the retention period of your personal data or of the criteria useful for determining this period; 7. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may have knowledge of it as appointed representative in Italy, managers or persons in charge pursuant to art. 4 of the Privacy Code / persons authorized to process data in the name and on behalf of the Data Controller pursuant to art. 4 of the GDPR; 8. updating, rectification or, when interested, the supplementation of the data; 9. the transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data the retention of which is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; 10. the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
a) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her on legitimate grounds, even if it is relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, for the purpose of the forwarding of advertising material or for direct marketing or for marketing or business communications.
To exercise the aforementioned rights, Users can send a communication to the Data Controller e-mail address provided in art. 1 above, indicating in the subject "Privacy - Exercise of rights pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and to art. 15 et seq. of the GDPR". Finally, Users believing that their rights have been violated by the Data Controller and/or third parties, have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority and/or other competent supervisory authority under the GDPR.
The User's personal data will be processed by the Data Controller exclusively for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing referred to in Article 3 above, after which it will be stored only in compliance with current legal obligations in this regard, for administrative purposes, and/or to assert or defend a right in the event of disputes or litigation. The personal data processed so as to send newsletters, however, will be processed until the Data Controller receives a revocation of the consent that the User provided.
